Aryna Sabalenka has take a very high level first set against Emma Radacanu in the third round of Wimbledon.

Sabalenka had a lot of changes - including 7 set points - and eventually came through in a very close tiebreak.

What does 10 days hiking in New Zealand look like?

New Zealand is known for its amazing scenery and mountains. This hiking video from Kraig Adams really shows off what New Zealand has to offer.

Unlike a lot of Kraig’s other videos - this one is a completely organised walk.

Maidstone United have stunned Ipswich Town 2-1 to reach the fifth round of the FA Cup.

Superb counter-attacks from Lamar Reynolds and Sam Corne, Maidstone's only attempts on target, led to an astonishing victory over a team 98 places above them in the football pyramid.

In the first half, Ipswich, a much-changed side sitting second in the second tier and pushing for promotion to the Premier League, dominated the game. They hit the woodwork three times and wasted numerous chances. However, they found themselves trailing to an exquisite dinked finish by Reynolds.

The stubborn resistance of Maidstone was eventually broken when Jeremy Sarmiento's low shot deflected slightly, beating Stones keeper Lucas Covolan.

But Maidstone regained the lead with a composed finish from Sam Corne. They held on during the frantic finish and eight minutes of stoppage time to make history as the first team from the National League North or South to reach the last 16 since the regional split was introduced in 2004. The victory sparked joyous scenes.

Such an amazing achievement for a man that has been on the tour longer than most of his other opponents have been alive.

He has been on the ATP tour since 2006 and playing ITF Doubles tournaments since 2001.
